Carmen Construction Co. beat the clock as final construction preparations were completed on February 1st for the mid-February opening of the Tallmadge Recreation Center. Recreation Center Manager, Tom Headrick said "Carmen Construction has done a good job keeping up with everything and keeping people abreast of what's happening."
