EXPERIENCE
Joe Scaccio has over 37 years of experience in general contracting and construction management. Since 1984, he has been acting as President, CEO, and a member of the Board of Directors for Carmen Construction. As such, he is responsible for the quality of services and growth of the company.

His duties include overall top management and senior supervision of professional services including company strategic planning, company growth, and fiscal well-being. Under Joe's guidance, Carmen Construction has successfully pursued and been awarded contracts for the construction of educational facilities, healthcare facilities, and various types of commercial facilities.

EDUCATION
Joe graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration/Management from The University of Akron.

As a company owner, Joe will oversee the progress of your project. His involvement will start from the beginning phases, while remaining active throughout the entire construction process. Joe will act as guidance for the onsite administration, as needed, in addition to attending and participating in project meetings.
